Absolutely lovely. Complementary Anzac cookies to die for. Everything was spotless and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The host was lovely and we had the most delightful breakfast. Will definitely stay there again next trip.

This was a very nice, comfortable property within easy walking distance of the Huonville shopping precinct. The owners were considerate and friendly, offering excellent service. The continental breakfast, served at a central dining table, was substantial and included home made items.

A lovely hosts welcoming upon arrival. Our accomodation was extremely clean and well presented. We had Anzac biscuits in the room which were a welcome little snack, mini chocs and port too. They put on a great breakfast full of variety. Everything has been thought of to make it a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here. 5 STARS!! *****

What a beautiful place to stay. The owners made us so welcome and had lots of little extras available which added to our comfort and stay. Anzac biscuits to have with our cuppa, after dinner port, little chocolates and sweets, local apples. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the air conditioning appreciated. The whole area was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend Walton House.

Top Stay B & B
We stayed at Walton house really so we could get to the Bruny Island ferry conveniently. The small b& b is exceptional on all levels. Great hosts comfortable rooms with ensuite and good value. Breakfast was ready when we required for our early start. We would go back and stay for afew nights to explore the local area.

Margie and Tom were wonderful hosts--incredibly welcoming and helpful for local tips. The room was comfortable and very clean, located within walking distance of Huonville and the river. Breakfast was delicious, and the homemade biscuits, muffins, and bread were so thoughtful! Highly recommend Walton House B&B

Just like home!
This was a very relaxing stay. The owners were extremely friendly, providing a warm place to stay. You have your own ample private space, yet with a lovely dinning room area to meet and socialise with other guests over a meal. We will definitely re visit.

Welcoming and Comfortable
Beautiful room with lovely ensuite. The bed was so comfortable, Margie and Tom's attention to detail was exquisite. Hot breakfast in a cosy dining room with a lovely courtyard. So quiet and the hosts knowledge on local and general travel around Tasmania was so informative and helpful. Another trip to Tassie would not be complete without revisiting Walton House.

Fantastic place to stay. Hosts wonderfully welcoming & couldn't do enough for us. Went that extra mile, providing home made biscuits with the tea & coffee supplies in our room. Providing a very reasonably priced laundry service. Freshly made muffins as part of breakfast, as well as fresh fruit from their garden. Very helpful with sightseeing questions & travel directions.we had a wonderful time.

Absolutely perfect...
Actually, Im writing this on behalf of my parents who stayed there recently. I booked it for them as they were just traveling around Tasmania without a destination in mind. I chose Walton House because of the wonderful reviews, and my parents were beyond thrilled with my choice. They loved it, and said Margie, the manager, was the perfect host, room service was brilliant and the breakfast delicious.

We were made to feel at home in a friends house.
Large well laid out rooms, modern ensuite, comfortable beds furniture. Very good value cooked breakfast. Handle all our washing, a real treat.
