Welcome to this modern luxury townhome tucked away in a safe, quiet, community. The home is minutes to routes 565/255 and 53. GET TO REDSTONE ARSENAL, HUNTSVILLE AIRPORT, TOYOTA FIELD, BRIDGE STREET/TOWN MADISON shops & restaurants, DOWNTOWN, LOCAL SITES & ATTRACTIONS and JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING THE TENNESSEE VALLEY HAS TO OFFER IN MINUTES!

Centrally located and thoughtfully equipped, this home is perfect for exploring Huntsville, working remotely, or simply unwinding.

Guest will be provided a personal code to self check in. I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up. Notify host when you plan to arrive and depart.

Occupancy permitted for registered guests only. No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings/loitering.

Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis for responsible pet owners only and require pre- approval and a fee. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when left alone. Heavy shedders are not allowed. Also, please disclose service animals before check in.

The location is a hidden gem on the outskirt of Huntsville. There are restaurants that are close by and walkable and two publix about a five minute drive in either direction.

Great condo! Clean, spacious, and full of anything you may have forgotten. I appreciated having paper towels, coffee pods, extra toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and anything else you could need. Close to everything - we were in town for a concert at the Orion. It was nice to be close, but out of the congestion.

The stay was great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. There were modern kitchen appliances etc., microwave, dishwasher. Laundry room made the stay convenient with a washer and dryer on the second floor. The location is near Ardmore Hwy. Making it easily accessible to nearby roads and highways. There was an issue that caused a delay in the vacation. The sewer line was punctured by a third party burying internet lines. The host Shi was in constant contact and expidited the resolution to the problem. All issues that occurred, she helped to resolve any problem. I would stay there again.

A great place to stay. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was just what we needed. Host was quuckly responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
