"We are very easy going people and we recently decided to do a long weekend in Huntsville with our kids. After much research and looking at pictures we chose this house. It looks nothing like the pictures and upon entering it smelled of smoke. The carpet was filthy and one of the beds was broken in half. Then refused to send check-in info until almost time. Failed to tell us you have to go all the way to the front to use the code, so it took like half an hour to get in.
