- Located in Athens, this lovely house offers a comfortable stay for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. If needed can provide an additional twin bed. There’s plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms provide convenience and privacy during your visit. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to feel right at home. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Athens and the Elk River have to offer. Sportsman's Park boat ramp is a short boat ride, 1.5 miles away, and this property has private dock access right across the street. The water level is limited to mid to late April through early September. Bring your boat and watercraft and enjoy river life!
