Any guests over a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, the renter will be charged $200/person/night and will be evicted without refund upon discovery.
The guest shall be respectful and courteous of the Grandview permanent residents. Excessive noise is not permitted, quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted to use the parking area within the proximity of our Grandview Hilltop Building 1.
