Fully equipped 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo that sleep 8 comfortably. Wifi and cable included at the spectacular Deerhurst Resort, host property of the past G8 summit.

Deerhurst Experience

We spent a week here and had a great time on the resort, the room was great for 3 couples and it housed us comfortably. The unit was clean enough overall. This is a great way to experience the resort.

property was ideal,with 3 generations of my family ( all female ) getting dressed for a wedding at the same time,we had lots of space.It is very nicely designed with all three bedrooms having their own full bathroom.Very impressed and would definitely return.

We attended a wedding at the Deerhurst Resort this past weekend. The condo was perfect for us as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchenette has the basics but if cooking, you will want to bring some items or check with the owner prior to arrival. Very close to the resort. The front desk arranged for a shuttle (at no extra charge) to and from the resort which was fantastic. The owner was quick to respond to all our queries. Would stay here again. Note: The pool was closed but I had to rate it anyway, so VRBO needs to correct that.

Great location! Nice unit.

The condo was large enough for six people and with three bathrooms it made it ideal. Nice views. My wife and I own a condo in Florida and we rent on VRBO so it was nice to see it from a renters perspective. Rent this unit you will not be diapointed!

Great location

Tricky to find on the property but we did arrive when it was dark so that played a part! LOL My only feedback was the beds are newer memory foam and on the harder side, where I prefer a softer mattress. The pillows were amazing though! All in all a great option for renting in the area!!

Excellent layout - convenient parking and getting around. Easy communication with the service provider. The unit was not completely clean when we arrived - vacuumed and wiped down the kitchen and tables - something we took care of ourselves. Overall a great unit and we would book it again!

Deerhurst Getaway

The inside of the condo was clean, the view was great but the decor was old and there were things that needed repaired. The pictures do not show the true nature of the condo. This was not a newly renovated luxury condo as shown. There was 4 adults and the kitchen was only about 6x8 and not well stocked, very crowed so we ate out a lot. We enjoyed ourselves despite of the disappointment in the condo.

The condominium was spacious but it was not clean at all. The hairs were found in the bathroom tub and sink and the comforters provided. since this place is heated by baseboard heaters, the air gets very dry. The fireplace was also not working.

Perfect Location; BUT

As expected the property is tired; but broken dishwasher with smelly water in the bottom was the big detractor. Apparently this was a new problem for which they did apologize; but made no effort to resolve for our stay. Drop box code was wrong.

Lots of Space!

The summary description says 2 bedrooms but there are actually 3 big bedrooms each with its own bathroom. And a great dining room, living room and balcony overlooking the golf course. Our teenage boys enjoyed having their own rooms and we enjoyed many of the activities on the Deerhurst grounds. Beach, swimming, tennis. The ATV rides, Treetop Treking and escape room were additional cost but great for our family. We made our own breakfasts and some lunches and ate out for the rest of our meals. The kitchen is small but fine for making simple meals and there is a full size fridge, stove and dishwasher.

Deerhurst!

Great location in the Villas walking distance to the lake and beach activities. Good sized unit with more than enough space for 6 people. Wifi included in the unit also with good AC for the hot summer days and nights. Huntsville is also just 10 minutes away for all the things you may have forgotten to bring or for a bite to eat if you don't want to cook. Quick communication with property manager. Make sure to read the contract for the exact building and unit number. Would we come back? Yes, without any doubt!
