"This was our 3rd family visit to Fripp. This place did not disappoint. Kathy was super helpful and extremely responsive. The house had plenty of space and the location was phenomenal!! The Fiddlers Cove neighborhood is quiet and perfect. The crab dock and close park makes it a great spot for families. The fire pit was led to an unexpected great night. We will be back!!"

"Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed. We used the golf cart a lot and it was very comfortable and easy to use. Very big for all our family and friends. Ceiling fan wasn’t working on the bottom floor with the double beds and some switches in there was not working. When we were arriving and trying to check in at the gate of Fripp Island we had some problems with not having our names were turned around then finally we called vrbo because we couldn’t get our host to respond and the guy from vrbo couldn’t reach her then finally she said she had sent the names to the gate and then said she would send them again. After that incident and we got into the gate the trip went well and we made lasting memories. The beach house was beautiful. Thank you "

"Great condo close to beach. Very relaxing part of the island with gated community and private beach. Beds were comfortable for 4 people, condo was very clean, and kitchen was adequately stocked. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to coming back. "

"Cannot say enough about this home and the entire property and experience. We had a magnificent time, loved the variety of things to do and greatly enjoyed the golf cart. The house is so comfortable, we loved our views of nature from the screens in porches! Beds were so comfortable, host was so gracious and neighbors and gate staff were all so friendly l, we really loved our stay!"
