Welcome to our beautiful mobile home in Hunstanton. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering unit you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave.
The mobile home is a great place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Double glazing and the central heating will keep you warm and cozy.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the master bedroom, you will find a King size bed.
The other 2 bedrooms have a pair of single beds.

A double sofa bed is found in the living room.  The family bathroom has a toilet and sink and Walk in shower
The en suite has a toilet and sink.

 Linen ,towels and essential toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Cot and high chair rental available.Prices on request.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in and late check -out times available at extra cost. Charges on request.
- Smoking is not allowed.
Free parking next to the unit is provide for by 2 spaces.


Dogs are most welcome .Please let us know if you wish to bring them when you book. Please note that only 2 dogs allowed per unit due to site rules.

Enjoy both the in/out door swimming pools with decking area with sun loungers open until
November subject to availability. After busy day, enjoy a meal and drink in the site restaurant than relax in front of the nightly entertainment.Passes for the club ,kids club and pool ,subject to availability,and are required at all times and are not included in your booking and can be purchased at reception . The sites free Wifi is available on drop down menu.  Why not enjoy the many country pubs and restaurants as well？.

Due to local bylaws, commercial vehicles are not allowed on site. Hen and Stag parties are also not allowed due to site rules.

Not quite up to expectations

We booked this caravan for a 2 night stay for 7 people. Check in was very simple, with the key available in a key safe and we loved the view of the pond from the balcony. The twin bedrooms were very small and the beds very close together so really only suitable for children, which we didn't realise when booking for adult occupancy. The carpets were quite dirty throughout and although the bedding appeared clean did not smell clean and fresh. The towels in the double bedroom were soft but not at all absorbent so unsuitable for showering. No replacement light bulbs when one of them blew in a bedroom. There were no instruction for making the sofas into a bed so we ended up putting the cushions on the floor. We were relieved we hadn't booked this caravan for a longer stay as it unfortunately didn't suit our needs.
