The condo is in a great location — close to (and facing) the condo complex’s three swimming pools as well as the ocean and beach. We loved having all of these swimming and sunning options right outside our door and being able to sit out on the porch to soak it all in. The condo was very nice and was a perfect fit for our party of six. Many major attractions (Old San Juan, Fajardo, Seven Seas beach, El Yunke) are all within an hours drive. The host was welcoming and responsive.

Beautiful place to stay

We are so glad we chose this property to stay at! It was perfect for our party of 7, including 2 kids. We had everything we needed and more, super clean and well organized. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part about staying here was the kiddie pool. If you have a larger family, staying here is a must!

My adult children and twin 9 year olds loved the location on the beach. It is just like the pics! Full kitchen, great balcony with more than enough room for all 7 of us! Walk to beach (just past pools)! Loved it!

Wonderful Spot

The unit is very clean and is actually more spacious than pictured. The property grounds are very well maintained and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking and jogging the many paths in the community. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is just a few steps further. We found several restaurants at the nearby Plaza and enjoyed having some close easy dinner options. The unit is well stocked and we cooked breakfast and prepared lunch easily with all the provided utensils.

We LOVED the Villa! It had lots of room and a wonderful balcony with a great view! We had many meals and morning coffee on it. Crescent Beach has great pools and everyone was very friendly! We had no issues. Kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy!

A week in Paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-bedroom villa in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and welcoming. The keyless entry system made check-in smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, a cooler for day trips, and a guest book full of helpful local recommendations and villa details.The villa itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and we especially loved that the living room and two of the bedrooms opened onto an expansive balcony with stunning views of the ocean and the pool area—such a treat to wake up to each morning.It was the perfect place to unwind, explore, and enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer. Quiet & relaxing

It was a bit confusing to get nack to the building once we arrived at the resort, but all the resort staff were friendly and patient helping us to get where we needed to be. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of space for everyone. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but maintenance and the owner were incredibly responsive and resolved the issues quickly and with very little inconvenience. The property is quiet and well suited for families. We enjoyed the 3 pools and spent much of our time either there or relaxing on the balcony. There was so much space we felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves.

Beautiful View Nice Condo

The condo is well priced for what you get. It’s comfortable and clean and in a very nice area. Having 3 bedrooms (one with two beds) and 3 bathrooms was ideal for four adults. There was a toilet that was clogged when we arrived and it took two visits from the handyman to fix it but I can’t complain about the owner’s responsiveness. The air conditioning worked well. I do recommend some updates in the kitchen, for example fry pans have lost their nonstick coating. The view from the condo is gorgeous and the pools and grounds are wonderful. We had the 3 pools all to ourselves most of the time. There were very few other people around, maybe because of the time of year. I think it’s the rainy season but we were lucky to have very nice weather during most of our stay. One disappointment was the beach, we couldn’t swim there, waves were very rough and there were riptides. Again, maybe the time of year. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend visiting Puerto Rico, the people are wonderful.

The place has a great view and everything that you need for the stay, for cooking and towels for the beach. The only issue was that the AC in the master bedroom was not working and had to use a couple of fans to keep us cooler at night.
