Good location, cheap, but stinks.
Hotel a bit run down, advised hotel manager at the time that the corridor smelled really bad of marijuana, he said it happens all the time and did nothing about it. Need accommodation for our crew for up coming work in the area, will look for alternatives.

Excellant stay
We had four days stay and we came prepared with hot water bottles but to our surprise the heating was excellent and we was able to walk about the hotel and resturant without a jumper.

Review your cooking processes!
Cleanliness ok. Food was extremely disapointing across 3 meals. Decided to just bring in a pre packed sandwich on 2nd night after rock hard burger night before. Breakfast - nice guy very interactive but no checkbacks. Extremely poor full english. Forgot beans, cold shriveled mushy half tom, microwaved sausage that had gone hard and split. Bacon ok. Coffee cold both mornings and dribbling out of jug.

Uncomfortable mattress
I was staying in room 13 (unlucky for some) The mattress was very uncomfortable I could feel the springs pushing into my back. There was no body on reception in the morning to report this to .

Dissapointing
The hotel itself was well below other greene king I stayed in! The corridors were in a mess smelly dirty carpet not been vacuumed in a long time. Very scruffy place.

Anothe great Green King venue.

Nice friendly staff and a perfect place for a stay when visiting family or investigating Hull and Holderness. Handy having somewhere to eat with friends or family on site.

Nice clean and friendly
Lovely helpful and friendly staff, the room was clean and tidy, only stayed one night but would have stayed longer, very happy with room and dining area

It was Excellent value for money and very helpful staff, room had hairdryer, Iron and all that was necessary for a comfortable stay. Nothing to fault at all.

Very happy with the quality and size of the room. It was very clean. The evening meal was very good as was the breakfast and would stay here again in the future.

the staff were great and friendly, breakfast was hot and fresh. the bed was massive! a couple of downsides were that the mattress on the bed was quite thin, and you could easily hear people in the next rooms/corridor. However, for the price i think it was spot on

I was disappointed in the interior it’s very tatty and in desperate need of refurbishment.dining facilities were poor for breakfast.the toaster cremated the toast and if you turned it down it still cremated the edge whilst the centre remained almost untouched.the bed was not made on my second day, and the room wasn’t hoovered. A lot of the time there was no one in reception as the ey were helping out in the restaurant. The outside was covered in litter and cigarette button the Saturday morning,clearly appearance is not a priority.Although the price was reasonable I was verquite disssapointed. Only stay here if your desperate I will not return.the only thing that was good was staff ,they were very friendly and very helpful.

Friendly hotel
Welcoming staff, who were very helpful throughout our overnight stay. Our room was comfortable and adequate for what we required. The attached restaurant provided reasonably priced food and drink. No complaints at all.

Superb value for money - will be returning!
Really enjoyed my stay here and was very impressed. What really made it was the lovely team - every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful. The room was immaculately clean too. With the Hungry Horse nearby and shops you don't have to get into your car for, you've got everything in one spot, and it's easy to get to. Definitely going to come back here again. There are only two negatives; the corridors look a little tired, although the room I was in wasn't once inside, and the room was a little cool, and I couldn't work out how to adjust the radiator. Not enough to stop me returning though, as it's a good hotel at a very reasonable price.
