"the experience was great, the service was very professional. and the room service it's a 10/10 but it's a little far from many points. so you will need a car or any other similar vehicle cause there's no subway around but there's some autobus nearby. "

There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. "
