"Others complained about the front desk but they were very nice during this stay. It is an interesting hotel being in an old train station. But the room was very nice - modern and clean. I had dinner at Trax and it was fine. The only issue at all was that there was a private event in the main hall and it got very loud. Even on the sixth floor because all the hallways are open to the main hall. But they ended completely by 10:30. That was thoughtful. "

"Our go to hotel when in the area. Always a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, nice breakfast, close to stores and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly!"

"Room was clean..no more individual bottles of shampoo or conditioner. And no more bars of soap. All in dispensers in shower. Under table near bed is a motion detector light so every time someone moves off of bed light goes on. This might be great for some but wakes up others in room. Beds were firm and room looked new."

"Great and helpful staff. Corridor next to the pool area should be moped up more often or provided with floor drains to keep it more dry."

"The staff was fantastic always asking how are stay was, could they do anything for us. Breakfast was very good, nice variety with fruits, juices and different every morning. The room was clean & comfy. Everyone went above and beyond their positions. Fresh Coffee 24 hours"
