"The unit was cute and well supplied with bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dish soap. The router was in a different building on the property but not accessible by us. The TV and reboots were ridiculous and we still couldn't get any TV even with great assistance from the property employee. Door locks were very tricky to get them to lock and unlock. "Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property."

"The house is located in a nice safe area of town. Short drive to museums and shops. Very spacious with private parking and garage. Unfortunately the dish washer didn’t work on our arrival and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Found a great bar in Beale st called Silky O’sullivans. Overall nice place to stay."

"The home was so nice..made us feel like we were home. It was so clean and neat. Ms carol is definitely my go to when i come back to memphis. Any questions we had Ms carol responded with no hesitation and was taken care of immediately. We were 15 minutes from beale street...surrounded by alot of restaurant stores and gas stations. Needless to say...this is your pick 😉"

"The property has a great location, plenty of room & comfy beds. It was a little short of silverware for our group of 6, There is no storage place for clothing in the bedrooms downstairs which was a pain. The towel bars in the upstairs bathroom are missing, so no where to hang towels. Seller was super accommodating & fast on replacing the broken toaster & coffee pot. All in all, we'd definitely stay there again."

"Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault."
