Super appart hotel ! Très Proche de jeux (volley tennis minigolf tir à l arc etc) Et à 200 m des commerces ! Appart T3 très confortable, propre et spacieux.. 2 sdb et 2 wc! Personnel super sympa ! Bref je recommande +++

Dejligt lejlighedshotel. Store moderne lejligheder, især efter fransk standard. Lækre bedeværelser. Køkkenet lidt lille, men der var det man skulle bruge. Eneste minus er at man skal gå ca 10 før man er på ski. Der er næsten ski-in hvis manager den grønne piste længst ude og kører mod Club-med. Vi have en skøn stor terrasse hvor man kunne følge med i aktiviteterne i den opvarmede pool

Hôtel confortable et calme.

Notre séjour d'une semaine c'est très bien déroulé.Batiment en très bon état et d'un très bon standing.Du fait de sa petite taille les installations communes ne sont pas surchargé.Pour exemple il n'est pas rare d'être seul à profiter de la piscine en début d'après midi.La piscine est nickel ainsi que les installations annexes, douches pédiluve, hammam. L'accueil à été très agréable et efficace pour répondre aux divers questions. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées.

The property is an aparthotel, not a hotel, and lacks the service of what you would expect from a 4* property. APprently this 4* rating expired back in 2017/2018. It has potential but falls annoyingly short of expectations. The positives are its located near the main lifts, the employees when they were there were friendly and the pool is good. However.... the beds were not made when we arrived, we didn't have enough pillows, in a 2 room apartment with a sofa bed, 1 of 2 supposed beds was also a sofa bed, so we had 1 bed and 2 sofa beds. There are no cleaners, you have to pay to have your room cleaned at the end which we weren't aware of, they provide you absolutely nothing in terms of facilities for cleaning or washing up, and tried to sell a cleaning product pack when i asked if they had anything. Don't get the breakfast either, its €10, and you can buy 4x the amount from the bakery 5 minute walk away for the same price.

klein overzichtelijk hotel.

Onze kamer was verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, en dat vonden wij niet fijn. Verder was er een prima bed, badkamer beneden was enorm klein en donker. En nergens in de kamer waren haken, waar jassen oid aan op gehangen konden worden. Wij gaan niet meer terug naar dit hotel. Bar war pas geopend vanaf 19:00 uur. Als we van de piste kwamen konden we niets drinken......

Prisvärt hotell, trevlig personal men lite avsides

Fint och prisvärt hotell men börjar bli lite slitet trots nyligen renoverat. I vårt rum fungerade varken ugn, spis eller värdeskåp. Stort och bekvämt rum men hotellet ligger lite avsides från restauranger osv. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Great hotel.

We stated here as I was taking part in the Alpe D Huez triathlon. The hotel could not have been better. The manager was so good telling us this is your home while you stay here, and that is how it felt. As a family of four the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5.

Certes la chambre est grande mais vue parking bof, service très limité. Petit déjeuner en chambre décevant. Petit dej au Resto pourquoi pas mais on apprécierait des nappes repassées et propres, distributeur de boissons chaudes pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles.

Great hotel

Great hotel, very close to the main ski lifts so easy to walk to. Superior suite is a very comfortable size, however the beds are a little uncomfortable. The hotel is very clean and the staff are more than accommodating.

Alpenrose Hotel Alpe D'Huez stay Jan 2016

We stayed 4 nights here (mon-from) as 2 couples sharing a 4 bed family room (227). The room comprised of a downstairs, with kitchen dining table and lounge which we used as a double bed as there was an ensuite shower and tv. There was also a single toilet under the stairs and a very large balcony from the back of the hotel overlooking the pool and mountains. Up the stairs there were a set of bunk beds, a single toilet and a double bedroom with tv and plenty of wardrobe space. Opposite was a bathroom with tub/shower. The room was very modern and overall very pleasant. Anything we required, we asked the staff at the desk or restaurant and they were very helpful (giving us extra tea, coffee, milk, sugar because the supermarkets close at 7.30). Hotel is in a good location, just around the corner from the Romaines and marmotte lifts. We had a car so parked for free at the hotel and drove to the lifts (30 seconds) to save carrying our gear! The hotel has a lovely outdoor heated pool and a sauna that we used a few times. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you are skiing in alpe d'huez.

Beautiful facilities but understaffed

Lovely hotel. Beautiful facilities, pool, room, hamman etc. Appeared to be very understaffed when we visited in August. We struggled to find the hotel and called 6 times for help on the way and not once was the phone answered. The breakfast was expensive and we had to pay for the children (8&5) yet very little was replenished regardless of how early we went. There was one man who appeared to be doing everything and was literally running back & forth cleaning and to the kitchen. We booked a table for dinner but the menu was so sparse (with two main dishes) we decided not to eat there. The staff that were there were extremely helpful and service orientated and made our 2 night stay very comfortable.
