Ideally located in the Quartier des Bergers, the residence 'Le Christiania' away from the noise of the city center. Our apartment of 38 m² exposed south facing mountain is calm, clear, spacious, well appointed, pleasant to live near the slopes, ski lessons and all shops, (possibility to ski 50m walk from the residence and back to home. The balcony overlooks the tennis mini golf and golf course with stunning mountain views of Auris. Possibility to eat or a drink in the sun on the balcony.

prettige ligging, appartement met grote woonkamer en 2 kleine slaapkamers, en kleine keuken. bank (slaapbank) is minder comfortabel om te zitten. Voor 3 personen goed te doen.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in bester Lage zu allem.

Die Unterkunft ist groß, ausreichend Betten für genügend Leute und hat alles was man benötigt. Sie liegt in nächster Nähe zu Supermärkten, Restaurants, Bars und den Skiliften.

Appartement bien équipé, bien agencé pour 6 personnes. Il est proche des pistes et de la galerie commerçante et donc proche d’un supermarché, d’une boulangerie et des loueurs de ski.

Thoroughly Recommended

- The apartment was clean and pleasantly furnished. There was a small double bedroom and a separate, small room with a pair of bunkbeds. The bathroom (bath + associated shower attachment) was fine - as was the separate WC. The kitchen was quite small, but had everything we needed - there was a microwave/grill but not an electric oven. The main sitting room was fine - with a dining table and three double sofa, a TV etc. - The apartment was on the first floor of the Christiania Residence. This Residence was excellent with new-looking decor and a pair of efficient lifts. A pleasure. - The location was fine. It was possible to ski back to within about 3 metres of the Ski Room in the afternoon. In the morning you needed to walk along the road for about 3 mins to get to the nearest lift (Alpauris, aka 'Scare Chair'). Some 2 minutes walk from the Residence was the Pierre at Vacance building where we had drinks in the bar, used their WiFI and ate a couple of times. The Supermarket was about a 5 minutes' walk away. - Would happily go back.

Séjour Alpe d’Huez en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette appartement agréable très proche des pistes. L’appartement était très bien insonorisé avec les autres appartements de la résidence. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut. La cuisine était petite mais très fonctionnelle, nous avons pu cuisiner sans problème. Si nous devons revenir à l’Alpe d’Huez, nous louerons sans doute à nouveau cet appartement.

Conforme, parfait voire même plus, au calme et très bien situé pour skier

Le quartier est excentré à 20 mn du centre à pied et de l'office tourisme, donc calme. En plus d'être à 100 m d'un ensemble commercial très dense en boutiques (Caisses remontées et forfaits, Intermarché, Pharmacie, plus d'une dizaine de loueurs), l'appartement est très bien situé à la croisée des remontées les plus pratiques (Marmottes 1 & 2 & 3 direct sommet) pour bien démarrer la journée et sur la ligne de bus B. Véritable retour ski au pied jusqu'à l'entrée, par piste verte qui dessert les résidences. Le logement, parfait pour 2 parents et 2 grands enfants (le coin montagne est viable mais ça reste un coin montagne !), est conforme au descriptif voir même beaucoup mieux : tout est à profusion, bien pensé pour que rien ne manque durant un séjour : la vaisselle pléthorique, les ustensiles de toute sorte, les produits d'entretien, l'électroménager (dont super four grill micro-ondes...), rallonge, pansement, humidificateur. Il y fait bien chaud par le chauffage au sol. Il est orienté plutôt Sud-Sud-Êst et a une belle vue sur la Signal de l'Homme et les montagnes dominant la vallée. Et on voit même décoller et atterrir les avions qualifiés altiport ! Myriam en charge de l'accueil et du départ est très attentionnée et souple dans l'organisation. La place de parking est un réel atout pour rester au sec quand on voit les voisins pelleter pour mettre les chaines ! (on a eu 80 cm en 2 jours !!). Fidèles au Noël à la neige depuis plus de 20 ans, c'est une de nos locations les plus agréables. Une chance car en 7 jours, on a eu les 4 saisons !! Les propriétaires communiquent vite et répondent précisément. Une délicate attention vous attend de leur part qui accompagne bien ce super séjour. Donc.... M E R C I
