Great welcome and friendly staff, clean hotel in a great location. Probably the most comfortable bed on our trip through Vietnam. Only slight downside was the room had a slight damp smell but we put this down to the heavy rain in Hue. Thank you to the fabulous staff who made our experience of Hue even better. Great City Tour 12 seater booked through hotel.

The hotel is really well located, walking distance from most central sights, and the staff were all wonderfully helpful. The lovely hotel manager Ruby helped us arrange all of our outings and made some fabulous restaurant and tour recommendations (trust her advice!). Nothing but good things to say about our stay here:-)

We stayed in two different rooms in this hotel. The first night, our room was too small, and very noisy from street noise and karaoke sounds. We got a bigger and more expensive room the next night and it seemed quieter and had more space to move around. Both rooms were very clean, gorgeously decorated, comfortable. Staff was lovely, breakfast was decent. Location was convenient for getting to food options.

Quaint little property with incredible hospitality. Some of the most important things during long trips are comfortable bed and pillows. The property is not located on the main street you have to walk down a little alley, which is kinda nice because it’s sheltered from all the street noise. Breakfast was a nice touch for variety and we would we extended one extra night here to explore this beautiful ancient city.

This was a very friendly staff that offered tips for places to eat in the neighborhood, and attended to each guest kindly. The bed was super comfortable!

Exceptionnel service, we were treated like royalty. The staff was extremely helpful, we rented bicycle for the day and the receptionist gave us the WhatsApp of hotel phone number in case of an emergency. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Would strongly recommend

Awesome hotel.
Scarlett was an excellent hotel. Hidden in a short ally and away from all the noise. Very close to the walking area and so didn’t feel like anything was missed staying away from the bustling area. The staff was too-notch. English proficiency, kindness, and hospitality were on point. Will definitely stay again.

A wonderful hotel!
Wonderful hotel in the centre of Hue, tucked away in a quiet side street. We only had a short stay in Hue and the staff helped us make the most of our time and ensured we saw the main sights. They suggested some great restaurants too. The room was spacious and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Thoroughly recommended.

What an amazing hotel. We booked all our transfers and excursions through them well in advance of our trip. Unlike other hotels they are always quick to respond to queries. Once there the staff were brilliant and the hotel is lovely, boutique and clean. It has an excellent location for bars and restaurants and the breakfast was good too. Rooms are a bit small but well decorated and certainly worth what you pay.

Comfortable Stay with Strategic Location
We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Hue, and we were very impressed with our experience. The location is excellent, as it's strategically situated near the night walking street and numerous restaurants. Our room was comfortable and cozy, but we did have a minor issue with the air conditioning, as it would drip when the room temperature was much lower than the outside temperature (which was a scorching 38 degrees Celsius). Despite this minor issue, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist even recommended Hanh Restaurant to us, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Although the breakfast options were limited, they were enough for us to enjoy. Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, loved the beef stew and lots of choice of fruit. The hotel offers trips to go out of Hue as well. We went to the cave tour and it was beautiful! But along trip out.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. Without asking, the receptionist checked and offered their available room for a free early check in. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and cozy with complementary fruits. Their breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi signal is also great. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from the main night-life area. If you like to walk like we do, the citadel was only approximately 18 minutes walk. It gave us a chance to explore the side streets of Hue. I recommend this hotel and will likely stay there again if I’m back in the area.

This was excellent. Reception staff were so helpful and knowledgeable e.g advised against doing a trip in National park due to time of year leeches but came up with great alternatives. Organised so much for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Quiet central location. Walkable to main sites.

Amazing, best hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam. Brilliant service, we were greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we felt confortable during the check-in process and beyond. The hotel has done a great job to keep itself perfectly clean, something not often seen in hotels in this country. Whilst not officially a 5-star hotel, I had a better experience here than I have at other 5-star hotels I have stayed at.

The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful. They communicated with us right from when we made the booking, offering help to make transport arrangements, and tour bookings. When we arrived, I was greeted by name - so nice! I would like to commend Ms Cam, she is fantastic and a big part of our enjoyable stay at the hotel. She made excellent suggestions on how to organise our sight-seeing, good tours, etc. So warm, so genuine! Actually, all the staff are great -- Ms Ha, Sky, and Ms Chau made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a little bylane that is quiet and clean. The hotel is charming and the room we had was well furnished. It was not a colourless standard hotel room, it had a provincial charm that was very nice. Well stocked with amenities and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! Our stay was wonderful -- will go back there any time, and recommend it to all our friends and anyone really!

Loved my stay at the Scarlett Botique Hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of down town. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Will definitely stay again if I find myself in Hue.
