The room was nice, clean and roomy and though location is on inner narrow street.
I did not sleep the first night hearing the roosters crowing noise from 3am but 2nd night was OK as maybe the chickens woke up late, lols.
The staff were pretty good and helpful.

Staff are excellent and service in restaurants very good. 3 bed villa was excellent but outside surfaces ( decking) beep cleaning as covered in smog/ residue which then gets into the villa on your feet. This is a good resort and well worth a short break on the beach

Family friendly, quiet, relaxed. Not that clean, had to re-clean after. Staff had great customer service though. English was a bit of an issue.

Great location with lots of local restaurants nearby. Access to the imperial City is on the other side but it's only a few minutes away via taxi. Hoang Hien was very welcoming and great with kids.
