Welcome to Unit 336
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 3rd floor.
This unit offers a king size bed and a queen size bed in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. Wi-fi is included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 4 and has a dining area that seats 4.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 4 people.
