"Hi. We had an incident where the fire alarm was activated and requested to vacate the building. Being in room 616 right beside the fire escape stairwell both my wife and I proceeded down the stairs to the ground level where we found the fire escape door locked to hotel lobby , proceeded further down to lower ground level where the fire escape door was also found locked.We made our way to the hotel check in desk where we were told it was a false alarm. There was no PA made to this effect and I made the on duty staff aware that the ground level fire door was found locked. This should never be the case and these doors should be designed in such away that escape is always possible. "A perfect bank holiday weekend! From first arriving and getting great help and advice on parking, throughout the weekend, extremely helpful and polite staff. Spa facilities were fantastic, really clean and a lovely set-up. Our room was probably the best hotel room we have ever had, we are definitely fans and now looking for our next mini break at one of their sister hotels. Thank you so much for making out weekend just what the doctor ordered!❤️"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the restaurant closed early and parking was inconvenient. I believe the restaurant will have later hours as the hotel builds their location. The parking would have been better if I wasn’t arriving on a game night. We had to park across the lot and walk through the mud with our bags."

"Room was nice and spacious. Bath and shower were nice too. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuit provide. Hangers, hairdryer and safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly - highlight of the stay. The lobby and bar were nice too. The lobby also smelt beautiful! The only downside for me was that the fan kept coming on through the night even though I turned it off multiple times and it was so hot and the bed was rock solid which I found uncomfortable"
