"The good..great price and great location with plenty of restaurants near by..the bad..not a place for a few days stay. People living there and arguing and fighting all hours of the night..the ugly..nonresponsive staff to ac not working and shower drain clogged..said they would send someone and never did. I had to take drain apart and clean it myself in order to be able to shower..guess you get what you pay for."

"The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was near several excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The only hiccup was when one of the elevators quit working and we had to use the one that was furthest from our room."

"Took too long to check in and we were the only ones at the desk. After 1/2 hour wait, finally went to room on first floor facing main road. Brutal with noise from traffic and construction and always had to keep curtains closed for privacy. In the morning for continental breakfast, we had an early day out and most bins were already empty."

"My stay at this location was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt disrespectful. I only get to see my children twice a year, so this trip was very important to me. Unfortunately, even my kids noticed the lack of cleanliness, asking, “Do they not clean rooms here?”—which was frustrating, especially after I had requested room service multiple times without results. To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable. The pool was also unusably cold, adding to the negative experience. Dining was another letdown—the food took an excessive amount of time to prepare and was overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the lack of even basic complimentary coffee in the mornings felt like a missed standard for any hotel. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, particularly for something that was meant to be meaningful time with my children. "
