The beds are very hard , we asked for mattress pads but the did not work , pillows are hard as well , sitting outside is hard wood stools , no soap in the room , ac works well , breakfast is terrible and service was not good either , the pool is wonderful and there always seemed to be a chair , ac works well , but there is mosquitos in the room ,

Regarding mattresses and pillows, we have made improvements. On the other side, we will make further adjustments.

Poorly referenced on Google map, number to call went to a Phuket hotel who did not help. Staff on site OK but lacking service skills

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit,man merkt daß die Leute gerne zusammen Arbeiten. Auch das Essen ist top besonderes die Torten. Hotel auch nicht zu groß, wir haben uns mit Baby sehr wohlgefühlt.
