Attractive property with a large private pool in a safe and friendly neighborhood in beautiful Hua Hin. The property is located in an area with a nice, relaxing atmosphere, about 6 km from the town and beach. Our local contact person takes good care of the guests, and you will surely enjoy your stay here.
The area consists of about 60 houses with owners of many nationalities (Thai, England, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Holland, USA, Canada and more). There are a number of house owners who either live in, or rent out their properties under long-term leases. This means that there are people all year round and not just during the peak season.

The property is ideal for either a couple or a group of up to 8-10 people and meet most needs for a home for the holidays. The house has 4 bedrooms (one with direct access to the swimming pool), 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms have own bathrooms), living room with open kitchen for snacks and coffee, a separate kitchen for cooking, dining table and washing. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 55 "flat screen Smart TV, cable TV with access to a variety of movie and sports channels and wireless Internet access. The property has a large patio with pavillion(s) on the back of the house around the large private swimming pool with sofa group, TV table, relaxing cair, Smart TV, downlights, fans. Wifi internet access and plenty of space. At the front of the house there are nice plants and trees, carport and a seating area. The property also has a nice lighting when it's dark outside.

In 2023/2024 the pattio and kitchen was upgraded with pavilion and new space for the kitchen. Reviews before that does not include the upgrades.

In Thailand, most of the time spent outdoors and patios is the natural place to enjoy meals together, swimming in the pool or just relax in the pleasant climate.

Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be a problem in Thailand. We have pest service on the property to try to minimize the problem. Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.

The resort also has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's section, sun beds, toilets, gym, etc.

The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.

The rent includes electricity, water, cleaning on departure and free internet.
