"Didn't have a spa so couldn't say. But the staff were really good especially Kirstie at breakfast. She sorted my gluten-free breakfast out for me which was very tasty. Bed's were really comfortable so had a lovely sleep for journey next day. Nice hot shower. Couldn't fault the Hotel. "

"The Lounge area was very nice, lovely reception staff and great breakfast but any joy ends there.
The corridor towards my room smelt so bad. My room was tired and the kettle was damaged and riddled with lime scale. There was also a very musty smell in the bathroom.
However, the worst thing was that the sound of traffic filled my room all night snd kept waking me up.
I’ve stayed here a few times and never heard the traffic so probably down to the location of my room 😞 "

No offer to assist elderly customers, ( Blue Badge holder), with luggage in poor weather.
Small and cramped accommodation. Velux-style skylight in sloping roof with no other windows or view out."
