The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. A pick-up from the airport was waiting for us on arrival in Kolkata and on reaching the hotel many of the staff were there to great us including general manager Natasha. What a friendly hotel!"

Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room.
