We really appreciated the excellent service and friendly approach by both Mithun and Ashik - both are just exceptional waiters with very pleasant dispositions.
Our room was a bit dirty and the floor extremely dusty. This was not cleaned once during our stay which was disappointing.
The hotel made a real effort for Diwali which was nice and generally is good but the rooms do need attention re their cleaning.
