"A charming little boutique hotel. Great character, clean and well maintained. I wish the menu in the bar was a bit more extensive, both in food and spirits. I wish there was more consistent hot water when I took a shower. But there were a lot of people at the property for a conference and old pipes. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some seemed inconvenienced by their job. That was a bummer. "

"Clean room. Clean bathroom. Housekeeping was wonderful and always did more than what was expected. All the outlets in the main area didn’t work. I had to make my coffee in the bedroom or in the bathroom. Couldn’t use that to its potential. The initial communication through text from Sindy was a waste of time. First she claimed they didn’t have a pool, then she said she didn’t know. Come to find out it was on the top floor. And half of my stay, the pool was occupied for swimming lessons. I came to the hotel with 3 children. The pool area accumulates water and it’s entirely too slippery on tile. Everyone kids who were WALKING were cracking their heads on the tile."
