The breakfast options were confusing. You had to choose between continental or made to order. You couldn't have a made to order omelet and a piece of fruit because the fruit was part of the continental breakfast. The rooms were nice, pool was great, treadmills worked, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Other than our toilet not flushing or the throw up out front, this place has potential once the maintenance/renovation is complete. McDonald is real close and Victorias restaurant within walking distance was a nice spot for food and drinks.

Arrived a little early from out of town with 3 rooms reserved and staff was able to let us check into one room early thankfully to get ready for wedding with a 1 year old in our group. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was a bit of remodel/painting going on in the lobby but they did a good job of segregating it from the guests.

The customer service, Beverly at the front desk is a delight!! She would always greet you coming in or going out, was very welcoming and kind. I needed an extra pillow and sheet in the later evening and she provided it for me quickly. Beverly's warm customer service is an asset to hotel.

It's pretty much what you'd expect for a fairly cheap hotel kind of near an airport. It's just a place. My big complaint is the walls are very thin and I could clearly hear our neighbors talking very deep into the early morning. It wasn't terrible, and the bed was comfortable, but I don't think I'd stay here again.

No soap for bathroom sink. Used shower gel. Found an old box of candy in a drawer. Don’t remember seeing a notice the hotel was undergoing construction when I booked. Breakfast selection was poor and way way over priced. I was given a handy capped room which was awkward. Not at all sound proof. Could hear everything. Good location for my visit. Staff was very friendly

The contintental buffet was fir a fee' $10.50 /ppl. The oatmeal was watered down n pasyry was stalr plus fruit was not ready. Then the third floor jas renovations goimg on and there was a lot of banging so we movec to first floor. Tha pool and jacuzzi were very clean and a nice temp. The staff nice.

The hotel is undergoing renovations; however the bathroom shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were completely out. Called to have replaced twice and they never showed up. Went out for the day and when we came back, our door was open. Luckily nothing taken, but the hotel said they were doing rewiring. Never received any notice of this. The outside dog area had so many holes in the ground, it was unsafe to walk. The hotel smelled of pot when we arrived. No internet service the entire time.
