"The elevator was down my entire 4 day stay. Mind you my room was on the 4th floor. Their house keepers don’t clean your room until you check out. So if you need clean wash rags or towels you have to ask for more. Their Sauna and pool was also out of order. The only thing that did work was their AC. ..."

"The tv in the rim didn't work properly so we had to watch the World Series in the lounge area by the front desk. The couch was not comfortable out there at all! No channel guides so your desk can find what they want on the television is ridiculous!!"
