"The hotel, amenities and shuttle were nice. Just don’t stay in room 621 - lots of plumbing issues. Toilet didn’t flush and shower didn’t drain. It was all reported to the front desk."

"I stayed in a suite and the light in the restroom was not working so I had to go ask front desk to replace, the shower was horrible! As soon as I turned it on the water would not drain so I had to shower in a flooded tub and the floor of the shower was slippery and only 2 reasons came to mind :( (cleaning product or worse someone elses scum) ewww. I did not feel clean it was horrible. "

"Breakfast was taken away at 9:05. The person in charge said it was because everything had run out. They didn’t offer us anything else, and even other guests who came down after us had to leave as well. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., so the food should have still been out and trays should have been refilled. There wasn’t even any cereal because the staff member was already removing everything. The room and the hotel itself were very good, but the staff needs better attention or more information."

"My fiance and I was killing random roaches in our room. The room smelt like mildew. Asked more than 3 times for a remote to the tv. It was hardly anyone at the front desk when we needed assistance."
