Great staff from the front desk to the kitchen. Everyone including Reggie was friendly. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Elevator didn't work. Room was dirty. Pillow had hair on it. Pull out couch had yellow stain on mattress pad. Mattress on pull out couch was so terrible even my 8 year old complained that you could feel the springs.

Hyatt Regency Houston West
The lobby was beautiful. Flooring was difficult to move luggage. Rooms were very dated in the 80's fashion. Linens were wonderful. Koi ponds were a big hit with the families.

The location is great . But it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When i arrived 1:00 pm i requested early check in and i was charged for it . Not expecting anything free .
