This gorgeous east downtown (EaDo) luxury townhome is located in the epicenter of downtown activity and is just blocks from Discovery Green, Minute Maid Park, The Toyota Center, BBVA Stadium, 8th Wonder Brewery, the GRB Convention Center and the thriving EaDo bar and restaurant scene. Boasting a rooftop deck with a bar, hot tub, fire pit and grill, our glam hideaway will show you the true meaning of our flying pig theme - that anything is possible if you can dream it up. Our home is filled with modern styling, amenities and features. When you're not out and enjoying the neighborhood, you'll be entertained by one of the 7 televisions in the home, including three in the living room and an outdoor rooftop TV (currently being installed, ready soon). Each room has a unique style with features that will make you want to pull out that phone and take photos. When you need a moment of peace, kick back in our 4th floor Zen Den that's hidden behind a bookshelf. From top to bottom, we built our home to impress and provide our guests with a great experience during your stay.

Parking is available in our attached 2 car garage behind the home, which is accessible through the private entry gate into our community.
