Horrible experience

Arrived at house to find out that another family was already in the house they had been there 2 weeks before we got there, they had booked the house for a month. Owner says he thought we were coming 2 days after our booking date and that he forgot we had booked until he kept receiving text from me asking for the code. and his agent was very unprofessional laughing thinking it was funny that my family and i had no place to stay. It was not VRBO's fault they the booked the house to the family with another agency. The house looked nothing like the picture the backyard looked nothing like the picture couch ripped and ate up, basketball court is nothing like the picture goal net torn and worn out grill old didnt work family in the house said they couldnt use it. The family there was understanding. I do not recommend this house to anyone even the family already there wasn't happy.

Nice

Love the house it was spaced out the rooms are nice and clean. I got to BBQ and play ball in the backyard. It’s close to food and 8 min from downtown. I will be booking again
