Never Again

I arrived to the hotel it was a note saying be back soon with a number on it. I called man picks up and say they can’t check any one in because they have no water. Now hotels is giving a hard time bout my refund what a waste.

It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down

Not worth it

The room was freezing, they are made in a repurposed parking garage. The building isn’t even closed off from the elements. There were roaches in the room and the room temperature was 61 when I got in no carpet on the floor just anti slip spray over the concrete. The water in the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Parking was very limited.

The floors have no carpet or tile, you see the pipes in the ceilings, there was no remote, a dirty towel & smoke detector were under the cabinet. The area is bad as well even though its the Galleria. The manager offered a refund through this site.

I came there at mighty night with 2 kids in the car and I drove 4 hours to get there . But no one at the front desk. I try to call special customer service they transfer to the front desk couple times but still no one answered. End up I have to book another hotel after driving around with my tired 2 kids . Im very piss off . And that was my very terrible night 😡😡😡😡

Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Hotel

Booked a room and got there only to be told they were not taking reservations due to remodeling. Not only did we have to scramble to find another place to stay, but i just got charged as a no-show several weeks after the fact.

Worst stay ever…

Tried looking for the front desk. The reception area and rooms were a converted parking garage. Upon going to my room the hallway was hot due to the structure being a garage. My room felt like it’s was a constructed pod 1st room had roaches roaming around and a non functional toilet. They moved me to another room. Room had 2 small curtains that wouldn’t cover window completely. Later that night I was locked out of my room tried to find receptionist, nowhere to be found waited for 30 min before he casually strolled in, he looked like he was high on something. By that point I was fed up and left

Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Site said it was available for early check in. No one was onsite. Check in desk had been moved to outside the property and was locked dialed the number on the door and they said they were closed. Attempted twice to get my money back and still no resolution.

I did Not stay and lost my prepaid booking. No one answer the door out front at street. There was a note to go to parking garage around back. Very shady place and office location. Nothing as describe online. I would not allow myself much lees and family member or friend stay at this Hotel. I called and called number on door. Finally a man answered and said he would open door. I waited and he never came. I just left the the nasty hotel and went to another Hotel. Terrible service and Hotel. I was just looking for a spot inexpensive for the night because of late travel. It was by Galleria and seemed good for the short time i needed and late arrival. What a mistake.
