Welcome to the brand new home (built in 2022) located in the quiet and friendly neighborhood of Klein Orchard in N. Houston. Furnished with new furniture, beautifully decorated, with high-speed Internet, 65’ LED smart TV with HBO. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated work-space office conveniently minutes away from Willowbrook, Aerodome, and 10 miles away from Bush Intercontinental Airport. Don't miss out, and book with us for a family or business stay.

-Stylish home featuring a bright open floor plan adorned with fresh flooring, surrounded by large windows with a modern look and overflowing with natural light.
-Completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and large LED smart TV.
-Living room features a spacious open space with a queen size pull-out sofa bed. The master features a queen-size bed, a large 55' LED smart tv, a double sink master bath, & a walk-in closet.
-The 2nd & the 3rd guest room also have queen size beds. The four-bedroom/ office space features a dedicated workplace and is equipped with a queen- size pull-out sofa bed.
- Decoration and items will vary depending on the season and trends.

-Extra Guests: After 5 guests, $10 per person, per night up to a total of 10 guests.
-TRASH service are Monday & Thursday by 7am. Our team will come by (garage access & Outdoor) to pull the main bins out/in for garbage collection.
-There's an outdoor BBQ grill (in the garage) that is available for your use. You will need to get charcoal to operate the grill. Please clean and discard any leftover charcoal after use.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and modern and smell fresh and house was clean. My family and I were so happy and comfortable the bathroom in the master bedroom was big and beautiful. My family willBe reaching out to the owner to rent again when we are in Houston. If anything was different I think the listing listed a hot tub and there wasn’t however that wasn’t a factor for us.
