The good: the unit was spacious, clean & comfortable and fairly convenient to downtown Houston. The bad: this is a building with 4 units Two of the parking spaces had dumpsters on them leaving us with no place to park. Could not reach the host as they were out of the country. Was able to connect with the people above us to resolve it ourselves. VRBO also could not reach the host. Also, there is an outside and an inside door both with electronic keypad locks. We were given the code for the unit but not the outside door. Upon arrival the outside door was unlocked but when we returned after lunch it was locked. Again, unable to reach the host. We were able get assistance from VRBO to get in. On both occasions the host contacted us hours after the situation was already resolved. The only other inconvenience was that we had one towel for each guest (3) so we had to wash towels for a 2 night stay (there is a washer and dryer, a plus). Now that I'm done with my rant I do want to stress that the main issue was a lack of access to the host. The unit was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We would stay there again. We were attending an Astros game and the unit is less than 10 minutes from Daikin Park.
