Great location, clean and safe.

Super close to NRG, felt safe for the area and the place was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again for future events.

Great place near medical center

My husband and I were in town for my cancer treatments and needed a place close to the hospital. This location was great. The gym was a nice perk. The apartment was immaculate and communication with the host was quick and easy.

Great location and large space

Love this apartment with plenty of space especially for a 1 bedroom! Garage parking, stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed and large bathroom. Office space if you need to work remotely while staying. Beautiful courtyard right outside the patio. Quiet complex close to restaurants and shopping as well as less than 5 minutes to medical center. Highly recommend!

Good location & Remote work

We were staying for a week for appointments at MD Anderson and this was a good option for us. The remote work space was nice and the space was comfortable and a good size. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue and corrected it. FYI the shower is over a garden tub so it’s deeper and a bit harder to get in and out of if you have balance issues.

Exactly the accommodations we needed, when we needed it!

This large, 1 bedroom apartment offered an additional office space. The updated decor and appliances, granite countertops and new linens/towels added to the comfort of this rental. What my husband and I both appreciated was the king-size bed with great mattress! Honestly, recovering after major surgery made this simple feature a life-savor. We ended up having to extend our stay numerous times because I was receiving up-to-the-minute treatment at MD Anderson and we were fortunate to be able to extend our departure date with just a quick call. Communication from the host was immediate and friendly. Most defiant would stay here again!

Hospital stay

We were in Houston for our daughters surgery. This was not a trip that we took advantage of any amenities nor did spend more time at the unit other than to sleep. The location is very accessible to Texas Children's Hospital and met our needs. We were even able to walk the short distance to the hospital. We enjoyed our stay. The directions/process on how to get into the unit could be more clear. We had difficulty figuring out how to get into the garage, once we understood the process once, it was all good from there.

Houston stay

Property suited our needs for a medical stay. Had to reclean floors and rewash top bedding upon arrival. Kitchen works pretty well , but bare minimum. Vent over stove is mediocre. Blinds to sliding door need to be replaced. Bed is comfortable and rest of space is layed out well. Laundry is very convenient. Fitness facility is great. Note to management.. your check in process could be updated and streamlined. Consolidate the number of messages that tell you the same thing over and over and I suggest you give a time line in the furst message of when codes will be provided. Also make it transparent on the vrbo website that an additional rental deposit will be taken and a $15 charge for security check will be done too.. Over all a decent stay but could be updated a bit.

Property management was wonderful to work with! The purpose of our stay was for MD Anderson appointments. We had stressful days with several anxious moments. The management team were gracious and patient with me during some scatter-brained moments. The property itself was a safe haven and soft place to land each day and just as described. We have many more visits to Houston in our future and hope to stay at this property each time!

Wonderful Property

The property was great! We had a three week stay as my husband received treatment at MD Anderson. The location was perfect for us. We found everything very comfortable and clean. The unit was very quiet and public areas were well kept. We hope to rent again as additional treatments come up.

Location good for our needs. Clean and nice.

Nice. There seems to be quite a bit of growing families in the complex. With that being said it can be a little noisy at times. Not complaining just thought I would mention that. The emails are a little overwhelming. Management is very quick to answer the phone, emails, and texts to help you in any way.

Great place, would rent again!

When I booked this place, the person I was coming with booked a place as well, I had thought I had lost my money because I was too close to the refund time frame. But played out that the place my friend booked ghosted us, so I reached out to this place and they was happy to go ahead with my booking. This place was so nice, perfect for us coming in to see my mom for her surgery at MD Anderson. The property managers responded so quickly and were there to help for literally anything! If you’re looking at this place, book it!!

Nice Apartment with Easy Walk to NRG Stadium

Everything was really well kept up, the apartment was quiet and cozy, and the walk to NRG was easy and quick. The check in system/process was confusing at first, but the system and tech is neat and efficient once figured out. The property manager was helpful and patient when I was confused and was very responsive. The check out expectations (e.g., trash, linens, dishes) is super reasonable and appropriate. Uber eats delivery was easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property

My husband and I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks a few days before surgery and several afterwards. We felt the property was very safe. It was very clean. We did have a few questions and needed a little help, they were quick to respond and sent someone over to help us. The only suggestion I shared with them that a recliner in the apartment would be very helpful to those that have had surgery. I would certainly rent this property again.
