A 2,525 sq ft fully furnished gorgeous, sunlit, completely renovated Riverside Terrace home MINUTES from downtown, the Medial Center, Herman Park, Museum District, ZOO, Rice U, etc. It has spacious living area, four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a beautiful large private fenced back yard with GORGEOUS backyard area. Every outside door has a YALE smart lock for added security and privacy. We heard you loud and clear! You LOVEd Lucky House One so we opened Lucky House Two!

Nestled in Houston, this delightful house offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. With four bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, bunk beds, and sofa beds, everyone can find their perfect spot. Four bathrooms include both showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy for all. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. There is nice air mattress for the living room. The sofa snd love seat in the living room all recline. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or enjoying some quiet time, this adorable home provides a welcoming atmosphere. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
