This place was cute and cozy. The amenities were well-maintained. The location was great - very close to shops on Westheimer and a quick walk to the bus on Montrose. One downside was that noise from the upstairs neighbor was quite loud. I got one poor night of sleep because the upstairs neighbor was making a racket from 5-6:30am.My only suggestion for improvement would be to include an extra blanket and add some rugs to the place. The floor was completely bare throughout the apt.

I dont know what winery it's talking about, but we walked to shops, restaurants, and clubs. The room was clean and has a fun theme. We enjoyed our stay.

Well located in a walkable neighborhood. Host was responsive when I had a question. Bedroom would accommodate a larger bed and I think it would be money well spent. I'm a light sleeper so the very early riser on the second floor did wake me up. The AC is incredibly cold! That will be awesome in July and August. The location is very close to our daughter's condo so we would stay there again.

From start to finish, this VRBO was a fantastic home base for our trip. The host's communication was seamless, quick, clear, and made everything stress free from booking to checkout. The location is absolutely unbeatable. We were perfectly positioned for everything Montrose has to offer: thrifting, museums, incredible cocktails, and we even stumbled upon the coolest vinyl lounge called 93' Til. The neighborhood itself felt safe and welcoming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without a second thought.We'll 100% be back the next time we're in Montrose. Highly recommend!

The place is comfortable; however, the cleanliness wasn’t up to par in specific areas. A couple of the towels had hair shreds in it, as well as the bed sheets. The white blanket had makeup on it. There were no trash bags. The things that were stated to be in specific spots were not there. And, the decor that is visible on the site is what the place looks like. There were some changes that makes the place look less interesting. Lastly, the neighbors to the left played loud music late a night; they also had loud talks. The walls are thin.
