In-unit washer and dryer available for your private use. Detergent is not provided, so please bring your preferred brand.
Trash Pickup
Pickup day is Monday. Kindly use the black bin located on-site. Please bag all trash properly and place it inside the bin to avoid extra cleaning charges.
Parking
The home includes a 3-car private driveway exclusively for your use. No need for street parking. Please do not block neighboring driveways or access points.
Pets Policy
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.
Mid-Stay Cleanings
For extended stays of 7 nights or more, mid-stay cleanings are required. A service fee will apply, and scheduling will be arranged with you in advance.
Starter Supplies Provided:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bath towel per guest
• 3 trash bags
• Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
• Dish soap & basic cleaning spray
• Salt & pepper
Please plan to restock additional supplies as needed for longer stays.
House Rules Enforcement
To maintain a high-quality experience for all guests, we enforce house rules strictly. Any indoor smoking, unregistered guests, parties, excessive mess, or noise disturbances may result in cancellation and/or additional fees.
Security & ID Verification
For your safety and ours, a valid government-issued ID and signed rental agreement (used for third-party insurance) are required before access is granted. Check-in instructions will be sent once completed.
Disclosures
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or disruptions due to local construction or utility issues.
• Security cameras are placed in exterior areas for guest safety.
We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
