Hidden Gem w/Fast WiFi & Free Parking

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This newly renovated guest suite is 1 of 3 backyard apartments at my parents home. It’s centrally located in a vintage neighborhood where I grew up. The backyard is still a work in progress so please pardon our dust but the apartment itself is cozy & quiet. Only 3 minutes from the hardy toll road 7 minutes north of 610 & a 15 minute drive to downtown.
