Gather in the Grand Salon with sweeping lake views, share meals around the large dining spaces, and relax by the private pool and hot tub. Step outside to enjoy the waterfront deck, fire pit, Sonos sound system, and a private pier ideal for fishing, swimming, or watching Clear Lake sunsets.

• Bedroom 4 – Carriage House: Queen bed, 1 double, 1 bunk bed, private ensuite with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 5 – Bunk Room (upstairs): 3 bunk beds — great for kids or the late-night crew
• Washer + dryer in laundry room behind the kitchen

• Bedroom 5: Two full beds, shared bathroom with bathtub
