Summary:

Welcome to our brand new three story three and a half home. Our perfectly designed home is extra spacious and perfectly equipped to accommodate large families or intimate moments. With a private garage, you may also have the privacy to park two cars! Tucked away in the heart of the galleria. We welcome you to stay.



Other Things to Note:

Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.



Please be aware that a refundable security deposit of $350 will be required after booking. This incidental charge is in place to cover any potential issues related to items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once everything is confirmed in good condition.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and everything we needed was there and available (soaps, trash bags, cooking pots/pans). Communication with the host was easy and they were readily available. Definitely recommend!

I would book again!

I was a bit apprehensive as a first time VRBO booker, but the Host made the process simple and so smooth. The residence is very clean and has all that you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The communication with the Host was also seamless which I greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is walkable. There is a garage available for your car needs and the checkout process was also very straight forward. I highly recommend booking and staying here!

Weekend vacation in Houston

The unit is beautiful, but it's in an odd location (centally located in an area with several clubs). You can hear the music or someone speaking on a loud speaker at night. Theres no view from the unit besides the neighbor in front of you. The master bath has a very nice dialing tub, but there is only a shower head in the ceiling (rain shower), not ideal for females.

Slightly Disappointed

As much as we love to give this stay five stars, we can not. Overall, the place was nice. There were a few areas of concern. There was damage to the property which we immediately reported to the property owner (nothing major). We were told someone would come out, but never did. The property was clean except for a clipped fingernail on the floor in one of the bedrooms. We were not able to close the garage remotely (slight inconvenience). The neighbors were a bit loud at night (arguments and shouting).
