Amenities include WiFi, Smart TV, a professional standing desk, AC, and a washing machine and dryer, your stay will be convenient and comfortable. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember.

Across the street is FREE basketball, baseball, tennis courts, gymnastic equipment, and a swimming pool with a lot of greenery.

A Whole Foods Store is 7 blocks away and HEB and Kroger are within two miles. Walmart and Target are just three miles away.

A short 3-min walk takes you to the bus stop. It only takes 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for connecting there as well as University of Houston, Rice University, George R Brown Convention Center, the Astros Stadium and Houston Dynamo & Dash Arenas, Toyota Center, NRG stadium, Museum District and the Medical Center by Metro faster than by car.

A one stop bus connection to IAH Airport is available too. 10 blocks away is a bus top for Hobby Airport.
