Horrible Communication

Unable to get into property with provided instructions. Contacted owner to confirm instructions. She verified info was corrected then went ghost for hours while my family waited outside. Neither vrbo or I was able to contact her. Then hrs later after we gave up and decided to stay elsewhere, she randomly messaged, where you able to get in? Also the gate to access property fell off completely when we entered.
