NEVER AGAIN!

My sister and I were forced to book a night due to flight problems. Other hotels were booked solid. Motel was dirty, smelly & very old. Microwave was disgusting, Toilet moved when sat upon, Cover on beds had cigarette burns. I was afraid to uncover bed so I slept over it using my robe as both pillow & blanket. Also, there was only one set of towels. When I turned TV on, there was porn!!! We felt very unsafe. The only positive was the front office person was very nice & helpful, however. I thought it was also overpriced for what kind of "hotel" it was.

A quick booking through Hotel.com landed me this place. Easy to book and check in. New towels would be a nicer addition.

Your listing of hotel misleading. Room just OK but other guests must of been homeless. Up ALL night Management appears not to care or correct even if you complain

Things we're fine until the lady wanted to stand in the door demanding to service the room after I repeadly asked her to go so I could sleep ... Then she wouldn't retrun our change for like an hour so rooms are ok but service sucks

Horrible

Grimy, seedy little place that hotels.com found for us after hurricane Harvey ravaged Houston. Our hotel said they were stein business but Hotels.com said our reservation was cancelled and they would find us an equivalent place. Budget Inn was grimy without even coffee in the morning. No stoppers in sink or tub so shaviyand bathing were out. Two adult content channels were on the TV without being requested. Shocking! Absolutely would not recommend.

Run far away

Smelly and stained carpets, sheets and blood on the walls. Staff was very rude. My 7 year old twins turned on the tv to have it come on to porn.

I will never stay there again, the room stinks and could get towels in a timely manner. and only got 2.They had to wash them. We ask for more and never got them.

Clean Hotel, decent location

The hotel did not have the fax from Hotel.com and it took the young lady quite some time to check me in. Staff was very kind. Hotel was clean and neat, grounds are well kept. Bed was like sleeping on boards and pillows were so thin I had to put some of my clothes underneath so my neck would be comfortable. No coffee machine, that was a downer. Overall, this place was not worth the $84 I paid.

The cleanliness was good and the room ready to accept guests. The staff were friendly and organized. For a basic room, it was a decent one for a last minute reservation.

Budget?

"Budget" apparently refers not to the price but to the amenities. No breakfast, no coffee in the room, and only 2 medium size towels for 2 guests. A noisy A/C and overall not that cheap considering the area of Pasadena.

hotel management very rude

at checkout time the manager came with the maid while we were still collecting our belongings and because the door was open came in took the sheets off the bed and was inconsiderate. she made it clear that she was upset we did not book direct.

Good for the money

Location a little off the freeway. Rude customer service from the receptionist who signed me. Some trash left in the trash cans. The door wouldn't fully close or lock. Had to stick the key card in the door for it to fully lock.. didn't feel safe here. A bit too expensive for the looks and service.

Not to bad.

The husband and wife that run that hotel where outstanding. Not someplace I would take the family, but a great place for out of town works at the numerous plants around there. I'll be back.
