This stay was a bit of a disappointment! 1. Room smelled musty 2. There was trash under the bed left from previous travelers that was not cleaned!! 3. Water pressure in bathroom sink was barely there, we had to wash our hands in tub! 4. Pillows were lumpy 5. No one cleaned room throughout our stay (4 nights)

The breakfast area was superbly maintained by Patrick who really knows customer service and support. He is definitely a plus the hotel. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and the room suited my need. There's a shortage of housekeeping staff so my room was not maintained while I was a guest. The hotel pool is under maintenance so it's not in use.

It only took me one night to get used to it, and it’s not a big deal, but if you’re on the front side of the hotel, the road noise is noticeable. Maybe bring some ear plugs for your first night! Special thanks to the front desk agent who kept my credit card safe after I left it in the machine!!! 🙏

This is my second stay here and i really can relax. The staff is very nice especially Ms. Kathy. She always makes me feel at home. Nice hotel and will stay here again.

We initially booked for a week, but changed reservation due to extreme weather. Our room was clean and tidied upon arrival. The staffs, and I mean every single one of them, were amazing! They were extremely accommodating, warm and welcoming. Had some great conversations and help, even when we were kinda being dumb and that’s why things didn’t work. They were still extremely patience with us. We will definitely be a regular everytime my partner comes in from California.

My only complaint is the water pressure in the bathroom sink. It was terrible. That would be the only improvement I would recommend. The service was great and I enjoyed my stay!

Great Hotel Spot
I'm a frequently stay at Best Western Plus throughout my solo travels. I've never been disappointed with their service. You will always find little odds & ends that need fixing or replaced but hotel staff has always been really good about taking care of any issues. I would definitely highly recommend. Enjoyed the breakfast and please please keep the latte machine :)

LOUD music
I noticed some of the fixtures where broken and in the elevator the bottoms stuck and the bottom of the control panel was broken. When we got back kinda late at night I noticed loud Rap music playing from the hotel speakers. Also noticed it first thing in the morning around 6 am.

This property was very old and not well kept. There was an overpowering bad odor in the hallways and rooms. The chairs in the breakfast room were all damaged, torn upholstery, etc

We stayed for a whole week. All the maintenance at this hotel is way over due, A/C broken, ice machines on each floor broken, fire alarm in room broken, two lights in room broken, chairs in dining area for breakfast are ALL torn up, ran out of coffee, creamers, yogurt. Breakfast good not restocked unless asked. Took long time to restock any of the items or they were totally out by 7:00 am. Elevator hits a piece of metal between 2 and 3rd floor. We were told they do not have a maintenance person. The price is very low for a reason. We do not recommend.
