Upon investigation, we found that there was no late fee charged. We merely informed you that there is a late check-out fee depending on how late guest prefers to check-out. The incidental deposit was also released yesterday but it may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the bank and due to Christmas holidays. Please bring your issues to hotel's attention right away if you are not satisfied with the cleanliness so hotel can take care of the issues right away. Thank you.

By the time we called you and offered you to move to a Non-Smoking QQ bed room, it was probably too late as you mentioned. I hope you would give us another chance to accommodate you in the future.
