Houston Gem

Nice spacious townhouse. We felt very safe in and around the neighborhood. Great fenced in patio area (perfect for our dog). We had a minor issue during our stay, and the owner was extremely quick to respond and problem was resolved.

Vacation and softball

Had softball tournament at Memorial park, great location 3 couples we cooked, kitchen could use more items. And sofa seen better days. Appreciate the early check in, because 6:00 is late. But in all good place to stay.

Cute energetic neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this home with our golden doodle. It was a wonderful neighborhood for dogs as a lot of people walk their dogs in this area and it seems very safe. The home has a gated area which is nice for dogs as well. The home itself was very roomy and decorated nicely. I unfortunately lost my wedding rings here and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful in trying to locate them. They have not been found yet but there is a cash reward if found. Other than that devastating thing happening at the end of our stay it was a good trip and the home was quite accommodating.

Good location!

Overall a very nice place—the layout worked well for our family, though it might not work as well for families with smaller children planning to use 2 bedrooms for the kids. The location was perfect for us—close to planned wedding festivities and family in the area. The only concerns were 1) dirty linens were left on the washer when we arrived, 2) the faucet on the main sink was loose and difficult to use (we did not have time to care much about this while we stayed but we would’ve reached out if we had a longer stay that required heavy use of the kitchen), and 3) the house wasn’t ready until about 6:30pm, which was frustrating given the already fairly late check-in time. Fortunately we had family in the area we could wait with, but if that weren’t the case it would’ve been a pretty big issue with a kiddo in tow. Overall a very nice house, just a few minor issues!
