Property was not in the condition represented in the listing. broken or missing light bulbs and lamps, broken glassware stocked in cupboards, incomplete sets of cups/mugs and silverware, HVAC system broken and space heaters not adequate to heat downstairs living areas above 63 degrees, dwelling not thoroughly cleaned and in general disrepair.
