"I never had to contact the host. The house was amazing and much more than we expected. Easy access to downtown restaurants and attractions. Plenty of linens throughout the house, fast hot water with great water pressure, and strong wi-fi. Beautiful kitchen with many extras."

"The restaurant was extremely noisy and very unpleasant to be in. The cause is the acoustic design. Even though there were limited people in room. Very frustrating for not only the guests but also the personnel. This is a reason for me to avoid this hotel. Also the breakfast not very good in relation to the price."
